Out of 177 winners in 8 categories, you chose the 'Best in Show' winner of the first-annual Best of Green awards. It took nearly a month and thousands of votes, but the winner is well deserving of the effort and the praise.
Congratulations Dave Burdick, winner of the Best Tweeter to Have on Your Side title in the Best of Green: Culture & Celebrity category. You have been chosen as TreeHugger's 'Best in Show'.
As editor of HuffingtonPost Green, Burdick leads a team of excellent eco-writers to produce some of the best green content on the web. But it is not just his work at Huffington Post that earned him this title. Burdick has also built a loyal following on Twitter, where he provides updates that are entertaining and informative.
Of course, we would like to congratulate all Best of Green winners, in every category. With so many innovate and inspiring leaders in the greenspace, even choosing 177 winners was a challenge.
