In case you hadn't noticed, environmental issues have become hot button topics in political discussions—not to mention the coming election. Issues like global warming and off-shore drilling are cropping up in campaign ads, speeches and regular discourse with some frequency. So what can you do to keep up with all the green politics being practiced?

Standard news outlets like the New York Times and CNN are fine places to start, as the biggest eco-stories get regular coverage. But what if you're interested in all things green when it comes to your politics? There are actually a number of interesting outlets that focus on just that: Green politics, all the time.

Checkout Red, Green and Blue. This website offers a consistently updated, bipartisan look at evolving eco-issues. Think Hardball with green topics.

Or, if you just want the facts, bookmark the EPA's website. You'll find updates on nearly everything thay's eco-related.

And finally, Treehugger is an invaluable resource for green political news—and it's updated almost 30 times a day.

Want to see new-to-green rap star Ludacris and rock star Tommy Lee battle out who can be greener? Check out the newest eco tour on Planet Green TV's Battleground Earth.
