It's Earth Day, and the entire globe is revving up to celebrate the wonder of our planet and the life teeming upon it. To find an Earth Day event happening in your neck of the woods, visit Envirolink's Earth Day Calender to discover how you can get your green on.

You can also search for events by date or location at the Earth Day Network, whether there are tree-plantings, music festivals, outdoor cook-outs, or eco fashion shows.

Another great source of event listings and volunteer opportunities is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Web site. Don't miss the "Earth Day Take Home Kit," which can help you talk to young and old about how they can join you in celebrating our big blue marble.
