
Each week, Supper Club lets viewers be a fly on the wall at a Hollywood dinner party, as Dancing with the Stars' Tom Bergeron hosts a fabulous evening alongside a celebrity chef who cooks up a green meal, while four special celebrity guests break bread and discuss the latest news and events in the green movement.
At each meal, Bergeron plays host to some of the most provocative and entertaining guests as he brings together film, television and music stars, along with renowned authors, politicians, journalists and scholars, to discuss and debate pressing environmental issues while dining on a masterfully prepared green feast.

Chef Michael Chiarello is the tastemaker behind NapaStyle, Chiarello Family Vineyards, the Emmy winning Food Network series Easy Entertaining, and six cookbooks. The Food Network's Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello, for which Michael co-produced, wrote and starred, has won three daytime Emmy Awards. He is known for his NapaStyle books, specialty foods, cooking shows, and website. NapaStyle, which sends out 12 million sustainable catalogues a year, ten percent post consumer waste. Chiarello farms his own 20 acre organic vineyard, uses biodiesel fuel on his farm, “teaches” his vines to use less water, and his new restaurant Bottega will be 80% green with food grown within 100 miles that he buys directly from the farmer.

Rocco DiSpirito’s culinary experience began at age eleven in his mother Nicolin's kitchen. By the age of 16, DiSpirito entered the Culinary Institute of America, and then studied abroad at Jardin de Cygne. DiSpirito also earned a B.S. in Business from Boston University. In 1997, DiSpirito opened Union Pacific in New York City's Gramercy Park as chef and owner. In 1999, DiSpirito was named Food & Wine's Best New Chef, and in 2000, Gourmet magazine called him "America's Most Exciting Young Chef." In 2003 DiSpirito was the star of NBC’s reality show, The Restaurant, which featured the launch of Rocco's 22nd Street restaurant. Later that summer, more than nine million viewers a week tuned in to see the ups and downs of DiSpirito's family-inspired eatery.

Peter is one of the co-founders and CEO of Conservation International, a non-profit organization dedicated to protect life on Earth and to demonstrate that human societies will thrive when in balance with nature. Since starting two decades ago, Conservation International has been able to save and protect more than 200 million acres on land and at sea. They have worked with large and small companies to make conservation part of their business model. Peter serves on the board of the Wild Salmon Center in Portland and the Mayor's Environmental Council in Washington, D.C. He also serves on several corporate boards, and the advisory councils of the Jackson Hole Land Trust, Ecotrust and other non-profit organizations.

Dr. Heidi Cullen is the climate expert and scientist. She is the host of The Climate Code with Dr. Heidi Cullen on The Weather Channel, the first weekly television series to focus on climate issues. She also oversees the content on One Degree, the TWC broadband channel devoted to topics that deal with climate and the environment. Before joining The Weather Channel, Dr. Cullen was a scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and the International Research Institute for Climate Protection. She is currently working with the Google Foundation on alternative energy.
