CHEF WHITNEY WERNER - Chef Whitney Werner is the Executive Chef at The Beach Club in Santa Monica. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and has worked at Tavern on the Green, the Beverly Hills Hotel and various restaurants in the Far East. Werner shops local and organic and he keeps his fish sustainable, relying on the Monterey Bay Aquarium's endangered seafood guide.
CATHERINE OXENBERG - Catherine Oxenberg is an actress, princess, and mother of five. She is best known for her performance as Amanda Carrington on the 1980s American prime time soap opera Dynasty. Oxenberg is the eldest daughter of Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia, and married to fellow actor Casper Van Dien. She and her husband starred with their children in Lifetime's "I Married A Princess", a reality show all about their family. She is an avid recycler, and only uses all natural non-toxic household products and cosmetics.
DENNIS PRAGER - is a syndicated radio talk show host, columnist, author, ethicist, and public speaker. He is noted for his conservative political views. Prager started his radio career in 1982 as the moderator of "Religion on the Line", a program on KABC-AM, Los Angeles. The program featured discussions between representatives of various religions. Prager continued as the show's moderator for 10 years, and he continued to broadcast on KABC for several more years on "The Dennis Prager Show." He then began broadcasting for KRLA (national syndication started 1999), and recently celebrated his 25th anniversary in radio broadcasting.
PETER SELIGMANN - Peter is one of the co-founders and CEO of Conservation International, a non-profit organization dedicated to protect life on Earth and to demonstrate that human societies will thrive when in balance with nature. Since starting two decades ago, Conservation International has been able to save and protect more than 200 million acres on land and at sea. They have worked with large and small companies to make conservation part of their business model. Peter serves on the board of the Wild Salmon Center in Portland and the Mayor's Environmental Council in Washington, D.C. He also serves on several corporate boards, and the advisory councils of the Jackson Hole Land Trust, Ecotrust and other non-profit organizations.
KIM WAYANS - is an American actress, comedian, producer, writer and director. She is also a member of the Wayans family. She starred with her siblings on the FOX variety show In Living Color. Her other television work includes regular appearances on the sitcom In the House with LL Cool J and a recurring role on A Different World. In film, she appeared in I'm Gonna Git You Sucka and Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood (both directed by her brother Keenan), and had a starring role in the art film Talking About Sex and later co-starred in Juwanna Mann. She has also worked as a story editor on her brother Damon's sitcom My Wife and Kids. Recently, she is the co-author of Amy Hodgepodge, a children's series of books.
