         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
8 large soft-shell crabs, cleaned, rinsed, and patted dry<br />
2 tablespoons olive oil<br />
Salt and freshly ground black pepper<br />
4 (7-inch) lengths French or Portuguese bread, cut in half lengthwise<br />
2 tablespoons mayonnaise<br />
8 thin slices ripe tomato<br />
1 cup lettuce leaves<br />
8 dill pickle slices<br />
½ cup hot sauce</p>

         <title>Emeril&apos;s Maryland Blue Crab Feast</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
4 cups water<br />
2 dozen live blue crabs<br />
1 1/2 cups Old Bay seasoning<br />
1 12-ounce beer, like a pale ale or a pilsner<br />
1/8 cup Kosher salt<br />
1/4 cup cayenne pepper<br />
4 garlic scapes<br />
1 onion, quartered<br />
4 bay leaves</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
In the bottom of a very large pot with a tight fitting lid, add the water and half the crabs and sprinkle with half of the Old Bay. Pour the beer over the crabs and add in the salt, cayenne pepper, garlic scapes, onions and bay leaves. Add the remaining crabs and the rest of the seasoning mixture. Steam covered, until crabs turn bright red in color and are cooked through, 20 to 30 minutes.</p>
<p>Yield: 10 to 12 servings, depending on the size of the crabs</p>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Woods Cider is an old fashioned, small batch, family run business that is green by virtue of their method of cider extraction. Willis Wood has been using the same cider press that his family purchased in 1882 and from it, he creates a series of artisan products that are truly distinctive. Vermont is known for its maple syrup but Willis also makes cider jelly, boiled cider syrup and cinnamon cider syrup, which is a combination of cinnamon, maple syrup and boiled cider. </p>
