In ten half-hour episodes, environmentally friendly machines are pitted against their fuel-injected twins. While the green machines may appear identical to the gas-powered machines on the exterior, one look under the hood reveals that they are always worlds apart, and the test results can be shocking.
Beyond the adrenaline rush of the fast-paced, nail-biting challenges, Mean Green Machines offers the first glimpses into the next generation of green machines, like a silent motorcycle or an emissions-free ATV. The machines battle for first place by competing in four performance challenges: endurance, speed, power, and agility. Whether an engineering professor challenges his electric drag bike to a race with one of the world's fastest gas motorcycle drag racers, or a gas-guzzling SUV seizes the opportunity to speed alongside a SUV fueled by Bio diesel, the outcome is often a surprise.
