Jimmy just can’t help himself. Dinky cars, mobile phones, antique tins, model motorbikes, full scale racing bikes, fridge magnets, baseball caps, number plates…even Coca-Cola memorabilia. Jimmy Aspinall has turned his modest three-bedroom bungalow in Rhyl into the ultimate collector’s haven.
This was all well and good until his fiancé Paula decided she would like to move in, but where to, you hear her cry? There is simply no room for Paula and her belongings and it is certainly not very female-friendly. So Jimmy has agreed, the collections need to be scaled down, the clutter cleared and bachelor bungalow full of boys’ toys is going to be made more family-friendly.
But this is the Gutted team’s most valuable stuff yet – and as the auction approaches Jimmy begins to have second thoughts. This is a lifetime’s worth of memories – but will his future will Paula ultimately mean more?
