Married for 24 years, artists Brian and Ellen strive to bring creativity and ingenuity into every aspect of their lives.
That’s why, after purchasing a $1.5 Million, 14,000 Square Foot Lot in Tony Santa Barbara, CA, these early adapters decided to go ahead of the curve and build a green prefab.
With over $1 Million in factory costs on the line, their 6 module sunset breeze house must survive a 1,075 mile trek to its new address without damaging the already installed floors, doors, plumbing and lighting. Will Brian and Ellen’s tech bet be a boom or a bust?
