Real estate investor and professional green consultant, Chris Prelitz, is determined to show people the light. He has purchased a 1600 square-foot, two bedroom, two bathroom house in Laguna Woods, California for $460,000 and plans to not only transform it into a model solar-powered home, but also flip it for a profit. However, it's not long before Chris encounters resistance from the local home owners association and he begins to realize that his green vision may require a lot more "green" than he had anticipated.
