One of the Go Green Girls has a confession: she drives a normal, gas-powered, car. Sure, she wants to replace it with a hybrid or electric vehicle, but at the same time she does not want to just pass the problem of her gas engine onto someone else. Thankfully, there is a solution.

The Girls visit Reverend Gadget who specializes in converting cars with standard gas engines into plug-in electric vehicles. They take a test drive in one of the Reverend's conversions and discuss the advantages and limitations of vehicles converted to electric.

Can an electric vehicle compete with the speed of a car with a gas engine? What are its advantages in terms of noise and pollution? Will the Go Green Girls get their hands dirty going under the hood of an electric vehicle? Find the answers to these questions and more in this online clip from G Word.
