Focus Earth takes a look this week at the country of Denmark, which has builts its own energy infrastructure that's entirely free from dependence on foreign oil. Given the country?s forward-thinking green policies, it's small wonder that global green leader Tony Blair has picked the capital city of Copenhagen to host a high-profile climate change summit next year.

In Copenhagen in 2009, Blair is set to spearhead a major global conference on climate change, emissions, and alternative energy solutions. Leaders from nations around the globe will gather to learn, engage in dialogue, and witness independence from foreign oil in action during their time in what is one of the world?s greenest cities.

Bob Woodruff takes a sneak peek at the conference with his exclusive interview with Tony Blair on this week?s Focus Earth episode. Tune in to get the facts on Copenhagen, the historic conference, and how this unique city may point the way to a greener tomorrow.

Check out the Planet Green Schedule to catch the September 20th episode of Focus Earth.
