Jeffrey Kofman reports from a small village in Mexico where it is believed the first victim became infected.
Then, Dr. William B. Karesh of the Wildlife Conservation Society joins Bob Woodruff in a roundtable discussion to talk about how human diseases can originate from animals. Dr. Karesh explains what is being done to prevent diseases emerging from wildlife around the world.
Meanwhile, in Washington, DC, delegates from 16 countries met to discuss strategies for tackling climate change. John Hendren reports on whether the United States will emerge a global leader on the issue.
Also in Washington, the first hundred days of Barack Obama's first presidential term came to an end. From building a green team to leading the fight against climate change, there were several environmental victories during these first days. Finally, Bob Woodruff reports on the exotic ocelot, one of the world's most endangered felines. Once hunted to near extinction for their fur and captured for sale as exotic pets, the cats have made a slow recovery. Unfortunately, the ocelot is threatened once again; this time by habitat destruction.
