For picky eaters, having the same thing over and over can make mealtime boring. There is so much really interesting food out there, you?d better loosen up and try something new. Today we are going to show one very picky eater how to expand his poor palate and excite his bored tastebuds. Today we meet Jack who, to say the least, has a very limited menu. Let's see if it is possible for us to break his daily food routine and get him to try some new and interesting versions of his old favorites.
TIPS
- Make a double batch of basic tomato sauce to store in your fridge or freezer for future use. It?ll keep in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, and up to 6 months in the freezer.
- Keep your Parmesan rinds in your fridge to use for flavoring in soups, stews and sauces. It adds depth and flavor without adding fat.
