- Make a cooking game plan. Start with what takes the longest to cook and work your way down the list to end with the last minute items.
- Avocado flesh browns when exposed to the air; rub cut sides with lemon or lime juice, or use a little extra acid, such as sour cream, in your guacamole to cut down on this unsightly oxidation.
