Cooking for your family can be challenging but if you rely on the bounty of the season, you're sure to please the pack. Buzz loves to cook and is capable of making some pretty amazing meals, though his family's varied palate makes mealtime a challenge.
His daughter is a flexitarian, his son is a meat eater and his wife has a refined palate. Buzz wants to make one meal to please them all so I'm going to teach him how to use what's local, sustainable and organic to make everyone happy.

- Learn a basic preparation for a dish, like a soup or stir fry, and then vary it according to what's in season.
- If you have picky eaters in your family, marinating is a great choice. You can make one base marinade, and then mix it up by adding different ingredients to suit your family's palates.
