Emeril Green Episode: To Lobster with Love

One of the most luxurious and decadent meals to enjoy is one made with lobster. Though many people are intimidated by this seafood, cooking it is easier than you think. In fact, it's a snap to transform your everyday dishes to special meals just by adding lobster. My friend Sheila is clueless when it comes to making Stuffed Lobster Tail so I'm going to show her how to create a flawless version that's sure to please. In addition, we'll make a Lobster Risotto, Lobster Salad and even a Lobster Roll. It's lobster for all!

TIPS:

  • Make sure to buy lobster from a sustainable source. If in doubt, ask your fishmonger where the lobster is from and whether or not it's fished in an environmentally friendly way.

  • Don't throw away those lobster shells! Save lobster bodies and shells for use in lobster stock which can be frozen and used in soups, bisques and sauces.
