People with Celiac's disease have to give up foods that most of us take for granted, like pizza, pasta, breads, cakes--the list goes on and on. But there are tons of ways to enjoy those common dishes without the wheat flour. Tonight, Chef Emeril will share his gluten-free recipes with Pamela and Michael. Pamela has just been diagnosed with Celiac's disease and is finding that giving up her favorite food, pizza, is no easy task. However, Chef Emeril has just the recipes in mind so that Pamela and her husband, Michael, can have a pizza party to remember.

TIPS:

There are dozens of varieties of gluten-free pasta on the market, made from quinoa, rice flour, or even potatoes. Trace amounts of gluten can be found in items you wouldn't expect—such as salad dressings, pasta sauces, and even some lipsticks, so read labels carefully.
