TIPS:
There are dozens of varieties of gluten-free pasta on the market, made from quinoa, rice flour, or even potatoes. Trace amounts of gluten can be found in items you wouldn't expect?such as salad dressings, pasta sauces, and even some lipsticks, so read labels carefully.
