My friend Tammy has survived breast cancer and wants to do all that she can to remain cancer-free. Her husband Will has lost 30 pounds and is trying hard to keep the weight off. In order for both of them to adhere to a healthy diet, it's important to keep mealtime exciting and include as many whole grains, veggies and lean proteins as possible. To that end, we're going to meet a fantastic nutritionist, Colleen Doyle from the American Cancer Society, who will give lots of advice about which fruits and veggies are known for their cancer fighting qualities.

Emeril's Tips for healthy eating:
- Remember to eat the rainbow! Fruits and vegetables that are high in antioxidants tend to be bright in color.
- It's easy to make healthy shakes if you stock your freezer full of ready-to-use ingredients like blueberries, bananas, raspberries and strawberries.
