The heat in a chili pepper can go from mild to wild. But it's not always about the heat.
Peppers have been used in everything from hangover remedies to bug repellant. Emeril
has come up with a few uses that will fan the flames. Poblano Chili Stew is first on the
menu, rich with potatoes and chilies. The classic Chilies Rellenos gets a makeover.

Emeril's Chili Pepper Tips
- Capsaicin has been used against pain and aching in your joints and muscles, headaches, ulcers, dry skin, heavy bleeding, toothaches, and even has been proven to fight against prostate cancer.

- In recent studies, chili peppers have begun to form a name for themselves as a powerful aid in weight loss.
