Today we'll meet Victoria, who admits that she needs help in the kitchen. She eats microwave popcorn for dinner, that is if she doesn't burn it first.
So can we take someone who burns hard boiled eggs and teach them how to survive in the kitchen? She'll learn Emeril's Garlic Schmeared Rosemary Chicken with a side of Lemony Roasted Potatoes and Roasted Broccolini With Shitake Mushrooms And Roma Tomatoes.
TIPS:
- When using the oven, try to cook on convection heat. It enables you to cut cooking times by up to 30% and temperatures by around 20%.
- Resist the temptation to peek. You lose up to 25% of your heat every time you open the oven door.
