Emeril Lagasse brings his usual flair and pizzazz to organic cooking in four new episodes of Emeril Green. Emeril takes a culinary field trip to a U.S. army base, a countryside farm, and the hills of Napa valley, showing his hosts how to liven up mealtime with seasonal dishes that use local ingredients.
In "Operation Emeril", airing June 29 at 8 pm, Emeril visits the Army Center of Excellence Subsistence (ACES) at Fort Lee in Richmond, VA. Here he meets service men and women who are training to become military cooks for all branches of the military. He takes command to help them create exciting meals big enough for an army! Then, stay tuned for "Emeril Salutes the Military" immediately following at 8:30 pm.

Later in the season, Emeril's culinary road trip continues on "Grillin' with Emeril", premiering Monday, August 31 at 8 pm. In this episode, Emeril visits a Virginia farm where he grills up a smokin' end-of-summer meal. Find out how Emeril features local foods that taste great and support community agriculture.
Finally, Emeril travels to Napa Valley to feature some of the region's finest local cuisine. Explore the area's artisanal cheeses, olive farms, and vineyards with Emeril in this episode premiering in September 2009.
