We've all had to do it...cook for a crowd. Cooking for a group has it's own set of challenges. But what if your crowd may have to leave at the sound of a bell...a fire bell that is!

Laura is a fire fighter who's passionate about her work and her fire-fighting family. She needs some down and dirty meals to feed 18 hungry firefighters. Emeril will come to the rescue with his crowd pleasing Shrimp Boil With Turkey Sausage, Corn, And Asparagus. Strong to the finish, Spinach Salad With Orange Poppy Seed Dressing, and a sweet ending Summer Fruit Trifle.

TIPS:

  • Shrimp are very low in fat and rich in heart healthy Vitamin B 1 and Omega-3s

  • Always wash your berries just before using. This keeps them from getting moldy in the fridge.

  • Wash, then hull your strawberries to keep them from getting waterlogged.
