I've got a meal plan that will make sure your body never runs on empty. Today we're going to meet Joe, a guy who loves to spend time in the gym but when he gets home, he has no idea how to "knock-out" a great meal.
TIPS:
- Acai is great source or antioxidants and can be used in smoothies, juice drinks and even popsicles.
- Fish is an excellent source of protein – just make sure you purchase fish that is caught in an ecologically friendly manner.
