Sabrina loves to eat and wants nothing more than to make a lovely meal for her father, but her kitchen concoctions leave much to be desired. Chef Emeril is going to show her some straightforward and impressive dishes that will make her Dad proud. And you can be sure that Sabrina and her father will love digging into these dishes over and over again.

Get to know your fishmonger! There is no better source for finding out what's fresh, local and antibiotic free in the seafood department.

When making ceviche, always choose the freshest shrimp or fish available. Avoid steaky fish like swordfish or Chilean sea bass and choose flakier options like tilapia or snapper.
