READ MORE ABOUT:
Meal time for a bachelor used to mean a can of beer and a frozen dinner but nowadays, learning a few easy steps can make chow time fantastic. All you’ve got to remember is, the simpler, the better.
Today we're going to meet Zach, a guy who is moving out of his parents' house but doesn't know the first thing about how to cook for himself. Together, we'll learn about steak, lamb chops, zucchini, yellow squash, cucumbers and we can't forget his favorite beverage – beer!
TIPS:
- Cut down on fat, salt and sugar by making your own marinades. They store well and can be used on anything form meat to veggies to fish.
- Make a large batch of grilled veggies and keep them in your fridge for up to a week. Add them to your favorite salads or use in place of lettuce or tomato on a sandwich.
