READ MORE ABOUT:
It's time to celebrate the holidays! Chef Emeril cooks up a delicious meal with some of his favorite Whole Foods Market friends and special guest Sesame Street's Elmo! Keeping in the green spirit, Elmo creates environmentally friendly ornaments from recyclable materials as Chef Emeril begins the meal with a creamy and delightful Truffled Fondue. Next it's a mouth watering Bouillabaisse. For the main course Chef Emeril will serve up Horseradish Crusted Tenderloin with Roasted Root Vegetables and Brussels sprouts. And for dessert, Mulled Wine and Apple Cider (Sparkling Cider for the kids) to accompany an out of this world Tiramisu. Happy Holidays to everyone!
Emeril's Holiday Kitchen Tips:
- Use butcher paper as a tablecloth during the holidays! Make it festive and let the kids draw on it. It's inexpensive and can be recycled or composted when you’re through.
- Lots of dishes to prepare and only one oven? No worries. Once your main meat dish is ready, take it out of the oven, cover it and let it rest. Then, pop in side dishes and desserts. Everything will be hot and ready at the same time when guests sit down to eat.
