We'll give her and updated version of some classics like a healthy millet Stuffed Tomatoes, a lighter Crab And Corn Soup, Asparagus Salad With Walnut Vinaigrette, and for her sweet tooth, Fudgy Brownies.
TIPS:
- Agave nectar tastes like honey meeting maple syrup. It has a low glycemic index which helps raise blood sugar and insulin levels slowly. It comes in light grade, amber grade and dark grade.
- Eating just four whole walnuts a day can significantly increase the amount of omega-3 fatty acids in the blood.
