In the second stage of Heston Blumenthal's Little Chef mission, he's revamping the chain's best-loved dish—the 'Olympic Breakfast.' It's not clear where the dish got its name, but it's definitely a hit with the customers. And it brings in 50 percent of total sales! The revamped menu will take more cooking than the staff is used to, so Heston wants to train a Little Chef assistant to help him.
