- Organize some of your fellow bus riders to make phone calls and send letters regarding the state of your stop. The more people who are involved, the more your officials will understand it is a legitimate public safety concern, not just the personal opinion of one citizen.
- If there has been criminal activity around the poorly lit area, include newspaper clippings in your correspondence. Show the folks in charge that you are well-informed and they are more likely to take your concerns seriously.
