Sears� Big Switch, we had the opportunity to visit Greensburg, KS. Here�s my personal tour of the Eco-Silo home in Greensburg, which is also the visitor center and the offices of Green Town. Every day people stop in from all over the world to learn about the work being done in Greensburg. Each day I spent there, folks would drop in get tours as I ate breakfast or was catching up on emails, it was very homey. The design is modeled after the grain elevator, one of the few structures to survive the tornado in 2007.
