Being a new mom should be joyful, not stressful, but with no end to the economic downturn in sight, providing for the kids can be a bit trying. One easy way to save green is to avoid buying tons of new baby cloths. Baby clothing is expensive and while you might get excited and want to buy your miniature everything in sight, in reality, it's a big waste. By reusing baby clothes you're also cutting your personal consumption and giving the planet a break. Here's how to find the best in reused baby gear for the little one:

Throw a baby clothing swap party.
Why not throw a baby clothing swap party and have all your friends over to trade their kid's old duds? It's like going on a shopping spree for free. Pick out the cloths that your baby has outgrown and pass them on to friends and tell your friends to do the same.  At the party, sip on green winesand munch on homemade appetizers while you pick out your favorite pieces. It's an excuse to get together with friends and score great duds at the same time.

Check out online second hand baby clothing stores like Baby Outfitter
You can find tons of great gently used baby clothes that are very inexpensive. Owner Kate Upshaw founded the site after going to a local children's resale and consignment store shortly after the birth of her first son and being shocked to see items just like the ones she had paid high retail prices for at half the price. Now she runs a site loaded with gently used baby cloths at a fraction of the price. Also try the Stylish Stork and My Kid's Closet.
