Although all the eggs have been steamed, baked, fried, or scrambled, the carton they came in doesn't have to go right in the trash. And we're not just talking about egg-carton crocodiles, kids. Here are our top picks:

1. Make seed-starting pots

2. Protect fragile items during a move or when mailing packages

3. Give them to a chicken farmer
