Ripped the heels of your athletic shoes? Before you start scrounging up cash for a fresh pair, consider repairing your kicks at a fraction of the cost.

Instructables user neffk has a nifty method of repairing worn heels with some cloth, glue, and thread--and when you're through, you'll barely be able to tell they were damaged to begin with. ::Instructables
