A vintage wooden soda crate can be turned into a conversation-starting framing device for your favorite photographs in less than an hour. Arrange your photos in a grid, then cut a 2-inch-thick wooden dowel into pieces equal to the depth of each square opening. Glue a pole piece into each opening.
