Does your butt hang low? If you have a Droopy butt (as opposed to a Bubble or Pancake- they’re all different you know), it’s time to perk it up! And one of the best ways to lift it is with a green exercise blast. Forget electricity-sapping, space-hogging, wallet-draining Stairmasters and instead fire those muscles using no-equipment-necessary at-home exercises.

What’s A Droopy Butt?
You know you’ve got a droopy butt if it drops down low, pulling the skin down even over the tops of your thighs creating a fold.
What Causes A Butt to Droop?
True Droopy Butts (as opposed to just overweight Pancakes) are the cause of a pelvis that’s slightly rotated up, making it hard for the butt muscles to engage. When muscles aren’t engaging, they aren’t becoming stronger and bigger.
What Can I Do To Lift It?
If you want to get a rise out of your rump, you’ve got to add intensity through both Resistance and Explosive Moves. Better yet, exercise green!

Your Droopy Butt Lifting Workout
-Walking Lunge Lifts. The extra punch at the end, when you lift your leg, kicks your butt muscles into high gear (take 25 steps)
-Running Stairs. Running up stairs fires your muscles quickly and intensely (do 25 stairs)
-Stair Lifts. The incline, coupled with the lift at the end exaggerates the movement forcing your muscles to become more engaged (do 25 stairs)
-Jump Squats. Gets your whole booty in the muscle firing action (do 20 reps)
