We all use adhesives. We use them around the house for large and small projects alike. They seem innocent enough, right? Wrong. Even if we’re using our adhesives in order to construct something built out of reused materials, we should still make sure that our adhesives are green. Why? Well, because the other ones are….toxic. It’s true! Your typical glue is filled with poison!

If you’re ready to green-up your adhesives, check out some of these products.

  • ChemLink Sealants.
Lucky for us, the people over at ChemLink are committed to making products that are safe and non-toxic. They have a whole collection of sealants and adhesives available…and they have zero VOCs. That’s right…zero.

  • Coccoina Eco-Friendly Glue.
These glues are awesome. They’re just as portable as the glues you used in grade school…except they’re not bad for the environment. They’re non-toxic as well as acid and solvent free. They’ve got glue sticks that sell for around $3.

There are plenty of other green glues being developed. Do some research! I guarantee that you’ll find something easily accessible and affordable for you to use as an alternative to traditional glue.
