Is your trash bin about to pop with all the bottles of pop? If you want to do more than just recycle your soda bottles, check out my five reuses!

  1. Make a vase. Pick a few beautiful stems from your garden or from your local flower shop. No matter where you get your arrangement, your trusty soda bottle can provide you with a fun and free vase.

  2. Workout with it. Use two same sized bottles filled with water, marbles or even rocks to create great weights for your in-home workout.

  3. Save your change. You won't have to spend a penny to save your pennies by using an old soda bottle as a piggy bank. If you want to make coin sorting easier, use different bottles for each coin denomination.

  4. Pack your pens. Use your small bottles to keep your writing utensils organized. Placing marbles or sand in the bottom of your bottle will keep pens and pencils within reach at all times.

  5. Have some bath time fun. Take a few hours to decorate an old bottle with your child. When it's time for a bath, let your bottle creation float around in the tub full of suds.
