Derek and Lauren over at Design Sponge demonstrate how you can repurpose a used wine bottle into a declaration of love, with the help of a little glass-etching cream and a stencil.

Apply your stencil to the glass with tape or some contact paper, then pick up your paintbrush and slather on the etching cream liberally onto the glass.

After the cream has been on for 5 to 10 minutes you can rinse it off with water. Once you're sure all the cream is gone, remove your stickers and dry your glass. That's it. Whaddya know? Etched glass!
