Take a Gardening Class and Get Growing

Inspired by the Obama's garden but not sure how to grow your own?

There is no better way to eat green than to walk out into your garden and pick your dinner. Having an organic garden means that you know exactly where your food is coming from at all times. But gardening can be pretty intimidating. That's why you should start small and take a class.

Take a class on organic gardening in your area and get growing (a quick google search "organic gardening class your city" should yield best results). Talk to some of your local farmers and ask questions. Look up organic gardening courses in your area. If you live in a college town there are likely some courses available or you can join a gardening club.

Enter an organic gardener certificate program and take classes like:
