Take a fitness break in lieu of a coffee break today, says celebrity trainer Kathy Kaehler, who designed this bite-size workout for the time-crunched moms at Mommy Track'd.

You can do this one-minute routine once or many times throughout the day, whether you're at the office or at home, with the aid of a single chair. For starters, sit on the edge of the chair with your back straightened, then punch straight up over your head 10 times with each arm.

Follow that by standing up and sitting down 10 times. Then, while seated, kick straight out in front of you 10 times per leg, while keeping your back straight and the belly pulled in. Next, reach down with both hands and touch your toes, shoulders, and reach overhead 10 times. Finish by circling the wrists around as fast as you can 10 times. ::Mommy Track'd
