A new University of Rochester study reported by New Scientist finds that children with anxiety-riddled -rents are more apt to get sick. Parents of 169 youngsters aged between five and ten, were asked to track their child's health over the course of three years. Six months into the study, the parents took stress tests and their kids had their immune cells measured.
The result: the most frequently sick little ones were often the offspring of stressed out moms and dads. If ever you needed a reason to relax, this should be it. Get your mellow on by:1. Going on vacation.
2. Practicing yoga.
3. Taking a bath.
4. Getting a massage.
