Unknown.

When you are carving your Halloween pumpkin today, save the seeds to make yourself a little snack. Separate the strings of pumpkin from the seeds but do not wash them. Toss the seeds with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil per 1 cup of seeds and sprinkle with a little salt.

Lay them out on a baking sheet and bake at 250° F until they dry, which will take about 1 1/2 hours. Once they are dry, you can season them and bake them at 350° F until they are toasted. Or you can check out my recipe in Planet Green tomorrow and find out another delicious way to cook pumpkin seeds.
