Organic Vegetable Sauce For Pasta and Rice

Caring about the environment has led me to develop a taste for more natural things in life. I want more natural clothing, makeup, products, and even food. In fact, learning to love natural food has helped my cooking skills in a way you wouldn't believe. There's something invigorating about working with ingredients that are wholesome and healthy. This dressing I make goes perfectly on pasta or rice. Take a chance tonight at dinner and try it out...you won't be sorry! Plus, the ingredients are all organic, healthy, and good for our environment.

Here's what you need:

4 cups of water
1/2 cup of organic celery, chopped up
1 cup of organic onions, chopped
1 cup of organic mushrooms
1 organic tomato
2 tablespoons of organic butter

Here's what you do:

Finely chop celery, onions, mushrooms, and tomato. Heat the butter in a pan and add the vegetables and water. Saute the vegetables in the pan until they are tender. Mash them into the mix slowly so this forms a sauce. Pour this over rice or pasta. You'll love it!
