My good friend Jeremiah just became a dad--again! So while he's in that happy euphoria of perfect tiny toes and wide happy eyes, I thought I'd take a moment to congratulate him--and then ask for his advice.

For the past two years, Jeremiah has worked to develop and implement a clear set of standards for cosmetics and body care products in an industry that has been largely unregulated. Recently, he helped pen Whole Foods Markets' Premium Body Care Standard, which is far and away the most discerning I've seen. So when you ask him about clean and green, he really knows what he's talking about. Below, Jeremiah gives us the dirt on his favorite kids' products for getting clean.

Aubrey Organics Kid's Shampoo This terrific shampoo won't sting little eyes--my little girl is very sensitive, and even she can handle it!

Citronella essential oil Good old citronella essential oil is perfect for warding off summer insects. At Whole Foods, we have a wide variety of spray products that are straight essential oils.

Dr. Hauschka Sunscreen This premium protective lotion smells great and goes on clean, not messy.

Natural Dentist Toothpaste Both the kids' and adults' version of this toothpaste are great, and contain no sodium lauryl sulfate, which can aggravate sensitive gums.

Depth Body Washes This is a new and exclusive brand that we are launching this summer. It meets our premium standards and smells and feels great!

Lots of hugs and kisses! And happy Father's Day!
