Emeril's Strawberries Romanoff

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 pint strawberries, washed and hulled
6 ounces sour cream
6 ounces vanilla ice cream, softened
4 ounces heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur
Orange zest, for garnish
Dried fruit trail mix, for garnish
Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Method:
Place strawberries in a deep bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, ice cream, whipped cream and orange liqueur. Pour cream mixture over strawberries.

Garnish with orange zest, dried fruit trail mix and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
