3/4-cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
4 cloves garlic, minced
4-pita bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a small bowl combine the olive oil, oregano, rosemary, garlic, and crushed red pepper.
Brush oil on pita bread. Cut Pita into wedges and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until pita is brown and crispy.
Serve with Store Bought Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
