Emeril's Peachy Ginger Lemonade Cocktail

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Ginger Peach Puree, recipe follows
8 ounces lemonade
3 ounces orange flavored vodka
Crushed ice

Method:
Combine Ginger Peach Puree, lemonade, vodka and ice in a shaker. Shake well to combine. Pour over crushed ice.

Ginger Peach Puree

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients:
2 ripe peaches chopped
2 tablespoons minced ginger
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
