Yield: about 5 cups
Ingredients:
2 mangoes, peeled and cut into chunks (21/2 to 3 cups cubed mango)
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/4 teaspoons rose water
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
Mango slices, for garnish
Mint leaves, for garnish
Method:
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and process on high speed until very smooth and frothy, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately in tall glasses with sliced mango and mint for garnish.
