Ingredients:
4 Pork Sirloin Steaks, about 2 pounds
2 12ounce bottles ginger beer
2 cubanelle peppers, sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Place the pork in a large baking dish. Cover pork with the Ginger beer. Add the cubanelle peppers, and let marinate for 20 minutes or up to an hour.
Preheat grill to medium high.
Remove pork steaks from marinade. Grill pork and peppers for about 5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
Serve with grilled peppers and vegetables.
